Women & Infants Hospital is committed to a work/life balance for its employees.
Working here is unique because of the specialized care we provide across a wide spectrum of services spanning several generations.
In addition to personally making a difference, we offer above-market pay, an excellent benefits package, and even referral and sign-on bonus for select roles.
We are a leading specialty hospital, advancing equitable care across generations.
We have established an environment that puts diversity, equity and inclusion at the center of our work, and informs how we both approach and treat all our patients and families.
Due to the large volume of employment applications, we are unable to verify the status of “in-progress” applications. We will be in contact if we are interested in further speaking with you about a position, or if there is a change in the status of your application. Thank you for your interest in Care New England.

Our employees have developed and adopted our ACT Values - Accountability, Caring, and Teamwork – to guide our efforts. These values are more than words. They are embedded into our culture.
At each department meeting, we share ACT Value stories to reinforce the practice of these behaviors in everything we do. Our internal, customized management development program teaches executable practices to build on these values. Annual CARE Awards recognize department teams whose initiatives embody these values.
