Care New England Cardiovascular Care has announced it is taking part in the TEMPO clinical research trial. The research will evaluate the effect of an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of heart rhythm problems. Memorial Begins Low-Dose Chest CT Screening for Lung Cancer

Memorial Hospital has begun offering low-dose computed tomography (LDCT) scans of the chest which can detect even very small cancerous nodules in the lung. “Screening high-risk patients with low-dose CT scans is especially effective for diagnosing lung cancer at its earliest, most treatable stage,” explains David W.
